    As a Leisure Sales Manager at STIC Travel Group, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling cruise and outbound packages. Your primary role would be to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships Your passion for travel, cruise industry knowledge, and sales expertise will be essential for success in this role. 1. Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for cruise, outbound, and inbound leisure products in North India. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitors. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and issue resolution. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. 3. Product Knowledge & Promotion Develop expertise in cruise, outbound, and inbound products, including destinations, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote sales materials. Participate in trade shows, events, and presentations to increase product visibility. 4. Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations to achieve individual telesales targets. Organize training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge and inside sales skills. Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management. 5. Reporting & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Submit regular reports on CRM with DSR, sales performance, market conditions, and business development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in cruise or outbound sales and in-depth knowledge of destinations. Excellent communication skill Sales-driven and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. ,
