Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Thorough understanding of property pricing, financing options, and sales contracts.
Certification in real estate sales or management is a plus.
Availability to travel and attend industry events as required.
Valid real estate agent license or broker's license is preferred.
