Paul Street has 3 major divisions: Core and Content Partners (Affiliate PR) Creator and Influencer Partners Media Buying Partners About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our Account Director in managing high-profile client accounts and delivering successful projects. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of client deliverables. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Ownership: Project Planning & Execution: Assist the Account Director in planning, organizing, and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget. Client Management: Act as a liaison between the Account Director and clients, facilitating clear communication and addressing client needs promptly. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project workflows. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, setting milestones and tracking progress against deadlines using project management tools like Asana. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively. Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, meeting notes, and other documentation to keep stakeholders informed. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall project delivery. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or consulting environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certification in Project Management Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Airtable, and communication tools like Slack. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
