    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at BEGAWN IT Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, with 2-5 years of experience in business development, online bidding, and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Online Bidding: Identify and bid on potential projects on various online platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.). (Upwork specialized preferred) Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate terms with clients. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction. Manage client communications and project requirements effectively. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the IT industry. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market penetration. Analyze competitor activities and market demands to refine our offerings. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance our service offerings and marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business development or online bidding in the IT industry. Proven track record of successfully winning projects and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and emerging technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using Upwork, online bidding platforms and CRM software. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling international clients and projects. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques. Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
