Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding the products and Technology of the Company
Overseeing the customer relationship is essentially handled by the entire team
Keeping customers updated with all information of the claims journey of any escalated cases.
Resolving all customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Conducting business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM programs.
Collaborating with the management team to properly run all the campaigns
Creating & Publishing MIS for CRM
