    Job Title: Receptionist (Female) Location: Noida, Sector 4 Salary Range: 18,000 to 25,000 per month Job Description: As a Receptionist at our Noida, Sector 4 location, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Your role will be crucial in providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors, clients, and employees. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Uphold security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines and printers. Prior experience in handling administrative tasks is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus. Knowledge of local languages besides English would be advantageous.
