Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Electronica Finance Limited in Rajasthan, India. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, building and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills
Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
Financial Acumen and Understanding of Loan Products
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in the financial services sector is a plus,
