- The Position : Enterprise Sales Manager (Technology)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Technology Solutions and Services, with a good understanding of Open Source Technologies and the ability to drive growth by developing and managing key accounts across India.
Location : Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers. Understand their business objectives and position Ashniks solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific clients, focusing on expanding Ashniks market share in the technology solutions space.
Solution Selling: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of open-source technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, DevOps tools, Cloud services) to propose comprehensive solutions that align with clients digital transformation goals.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling Ashniks offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, deliver seamless integration of solutions, and create up-selling opportunities
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to proactively address client needs and enhance Ashniks value proposition.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a sales role within the technology sector, specifically in selling enterprise solutions and services.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of open-source technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify customer pain points and present innovative solutions that address their business challenges.
Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
