Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
 Manage and optimize the companys website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand messaging.
 Create, curate, and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
 Analyze campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
 Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform marketing strategies.
 Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and optimize user experience.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption.
 Manage and grow the companys social media presence across all relevant platforms.
 Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
 Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
 Experience with A/B testing and other performance measurement tools.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
