Job Description
The Senior Operation Manager role includes overseeing day-to-day event operations, coordinating with various sector of clients, managing event related issue, and ensuring seamless execution of events as well as who will maintaining client relationships, managing client services, and overseeing communication strategies to meet client needs on a daily basis. Understand Client requirement and work on that with the help of team.
Requirement
5-7 years of proven experience in event operations and Client Servicing.
Strong team management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with vendor management and budgeting
Ability to effectively manage client expectations and deliver results
Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel.
