- Position: Account Manager
Location: Agra
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, IT consulting, and sales to drive growth and manage key client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Lead project delivery tasks including requirement gathering, project planning, and business analysis.
Use analytical and consultative skills to address client needs and propose innovative solutions.
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Clearly articulate complex concepts to customers and internal teams.
Stay updated on enterprise technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in account management.
2-4 years of experience, ideally in client-facing roles.
4+ years of experience in sales, presales, or business development in enterprise-level or high-ticket IT consultative roles.
Proven track record in account mining, revenue growth, and new business development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree in any field from an accredited university (MBA preferred).
Experience with enterprise technologies such as ERP, digital infrastructure, and business processes like supply chain, HR, finance, and manufacturing.
Ability to work effectively with leadership-level customers and diverse teams.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Desirable Qualities:
Self-starter with minimal oversight.
Innovative thinker with structured problem-solving abilities.
Experience with various IT services engagement models.
Domain expertise and project management experience are a plus but not mandatory.
