- Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with over 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on social apps like Meta, Snapchat, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance marketing, creative strategy, and proficiency in tools like Appsflyer, Singular, and other marketing analytics tools. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure ads are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Provide creative direction based on data insights to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Test and iterate on ad creatives to identify what works best across different platforms and audience segments.
Utilize Appsflyer, Singular, and other marketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders.
Implement and optimize audience targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage and allocate budgets across channels to ensure cost-effective spending.
Continuously evaluate the performance of campaigns to optimize budget allocation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and data teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.
Proficiency in Appsflyer, Singular, and other marketing analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in developing and optimizing ad creatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
