Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communications, and account management.

 Researching and prospecting new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking

 Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

 New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

 Strong Business and Communication skills

 Account Management skills

 Experience in Salesforce market.

 Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work collaboratively and independently

 Represent the company and promote its services.

Requirements

 2+ years of Proven experience in IT Sales.

 Hands-on experience with salesforce CRM.

 Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques

 Any Graduate , MBA in Marketing will be preferable
