Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable International Business Development Manager to drive our overseas recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities in various countries, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services. This role requires frequent travel, in-depth market research, client engagement, and a strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning Recruitment Visits: Organize and prepare for recruitment visits to various countries, including market research to understand local recruitment needs and opportunities.
Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients" specific recruitment requirements during international visits and meetings.
Presentation Development: Create detailed and compelling presentations based on market insights and client needs to propose recruitment strategies to senior management.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients during business trips, capture their requirements accurately, and ensure the complete fulfilment of all client needs.
Legal Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of international labour laws, employment regulations, and visa requirements to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
Document Drafting: Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents accurately and professionally, adhering to international standards.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage all stages of the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Travel Readiness: Be prepared to travel internationally for business meetings and recruitment drives at short notice.
Reporting: Regularly update senior management on client requirements, market conditions, and the status of recruitment projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in international recruitment, business development, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices, international labour laws, and visa processes.
Proven ability to draft contracts, proposals, and other legal documents.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple international markets.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Familiarity with cultural nuances and business practices in various countries.
