Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at TripFactory.com in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities
Strong communication skills
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
