We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India, and to be part of our growth story.

Are you a seasoned Quality Analyst looking for the next step in your career  EG is seeking a talented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy:
 Develop and implement the overall automation testing strategy for the project or product.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test scenarios for automation.

Test Planning and Design:
 Contribute to the creation of detailed test scripts based on project requirements.
 Identify and document test data requirements for automated testing.

Test Automation Development:
 Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
 Ensure the scalability and maintainability of automated test suites.

Execution and Analysis:
 Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
 Collaborate with development and other teams to reproduce and debug issues reported through automation.

Requirements:
 Proven experience(2-4 years) as a Quality Analyst with a focus on both Manual & Automation.
 Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
 Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated testing.
 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
