Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, assisting with content creation, managing digital marketing efforts, and providing support for events and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination and Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Manage content updates on the company website (Wix) and coordinate blog content creation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external writers and designers to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
3. Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Support basic SEO efforts and coordinate with the digital marketing agency to optimize website content and drive organic traffic.
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, managing contact lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
4. Event Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and other events, including vendor management, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual events to promote brand awareness and engage with potential clients.
5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Compile research findings and provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
6. Sales Support:
- Provide the sales team with necessary marketing materials and collateral to support their efforts.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, product demos, and other tools that help drive sales engagement.
7. Administrative Support and Reporting:
- Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking key dates, campaign schedules, and content deadlines.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing reports, including campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
8. Vendor and Partner Coordination:
- Coordinate with external vendors, including printers, digital marketing agencies, and content creators, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as content management systems (Wix), social media platforms, and basic design software (Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
