- Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and other channels.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients, focusing on mid to large-sized businesses across various industries.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
Proposal Development: Create and present detailed proposals, including strategy, pricing, and timelines, to prospective clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities and client acquisition.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.
Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and business development reports to senior management.
Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and establish connections.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.,
