Job Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement strategic plan to execute the MICE (Domestic and International).
 Ready to handle small-medium-large groups and multi city events.
 Proactively work with other departments especially with Sales and Marketing team, to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering exceptional MICE experiences.
 Minimum TAT for closure of requests.
 Individual and team contribution to work on Sourcing of properties/event hall, manage better commercials with all suppliers like event management companies, ancillary services, Agency, Hotel etc.
 Build and maintain strong relationship with all the vendors.
 Stakeholder Management.
 Support to Travel Team for other activities.
 Travel is required whenever needed.
 Annual Fest and Adhoc events end to end support.

Requirements:
 Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Travel/Tourism Management or Marketing/Sales.
 Proven track of record of MICE handling with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Within and outside of the country).
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft and google workspace.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
