About The Role

We are seeking a skilled PHP Laravel Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team at One Point One Solutions. As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework, specifically tailored to the BPM sector. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and project managers, you will deliver high-quality solutions that

enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients & BPM operations. Your expertise in PHP development, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams at One Point One Solutions to understand BPM requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework tailored to BPM processes.
 Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend code using PHP and Laravel framework, focusing on BPM-specific functionalities and requirements.
 Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems in BPM applications.
 Design and develop database schemas, ensuring data integrity and efficient data access for BPM processes.
 Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards, specifically addressing BPM industry standards and compliance.
 Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of web applications designed for BPM operations.
 Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend functionality with BPM-specific frontend designs and components.
 Stay updated with the latest advancements in PHP and Laravel technologies within the BPM sector and propose innovative approaches to improve development processes and application performance.
 Work closely with project managers at One Point One Solutions to provide accurate development estimates and deliver projects within established timelines, adhering to BPM project requirements and client expectations.
 Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensuring adherence to BPM-specific coding standards and compliance.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and maintenance of web applications designed for BPM processes.
 Assist in the deployment and configuration of PHP Laravel applications on various hosting platforms, considering BPM-specific hosting requirements and constraints.

Requirements
 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PHP development, with a focus on the Laravel framework, specifically within the BPM sector.
 Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework, with experience in developing BPM applications.
 Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs tailored to BPM requirements.
 Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, with an understanding of BPM-specific frontend needs.
 Familiarity with database systems, particularly MySQL, within the context of BPM processes.
 Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git, with consideration for BPM project collaboration and version management.
 Knowledge of software development best practices, including code optimization, security, and scalability, specifically within the BPM sector.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on BPM process efficiency and effectiveness.
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in BPM projects.

MUST HAVE
 Experience working with PHP, Laravel framework, performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST.,
