Job Summary: Rao Space is seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in South Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate new leads through market research, prospecting, and networking for interior design projects. 2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored interior design solutions. 3. Conduct site visits and consultations with potential clients to assess requirements. 4. Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals with clients to close sales deals. 5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a superior customer experience. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. 7. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 8. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Rao Space products and services. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities. 10. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the home interior industry. 3. Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets. 4. Technical knowledge of interior design and home interior products preferred. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Mandatory). 6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 9. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle are required. Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel to client sites, trade shows, and events. The Sales & Marketing Executive may need to work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.,
