Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.

 Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players & offer SaaS based platform.

 Understand and analyse market trends to tailor solutions for different sectors.

 Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and effective integration of our platform.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

 Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.

 Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

 Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met.

 Someone who love traveling across India to meet new people & grab the opportunity & able to deliver as a Individual Player.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with technology background would be an added advantage.

2. Minimum of 2+years experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the loyalty, engagement, or related tech industry.

3. Strong network in Banking, NBFC, Retail, Entertainment, E-commerce, or related fields.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

6. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
