    Roles and Responsibilities : Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights. Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to capitalize on market gaps. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth through effective relationship management with key accounts and retailers. Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective clients and partners. Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Partnerships and Collaborations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners. Explore and establish new partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our products and values at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Ensure brand consistency and alignment in all external communications and partnerships. Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends. Develop business forecasts and budgets based on market insights and sales data. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the business development team. Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development or sales within the apparel (preferred) industry. 3. Strong network of contacts within the apparel retail sector and demonstrated ability to leverage these relationships. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.,
