Provide administrative support to Project Managers and assist in coordinating project activities.
Develop and manage communication strategies and plans for project stakeholders within the industrial sector.
Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and track project performance.
Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience in project coordination and communications, preferably within the Industrial Automation, IIOT, or a similar field.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and communication tools.
