    Job Opportunity: Strategy and Business Development Manager Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Are you passionate about driving growth and innovation in the industrial sector Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Business Development (SBD) Manager to join our Industrial Business Unit (BU) and lead our efforts in maximizing growth and market share across key applications. Position: Strategy and Business Development Manager Location: Bangalore Reporting To: Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development Role Overview: As a Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that enhance our position in priority and focus applications such as, Battery Energy Storage Systems. Your role will involve working closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to drive above-market growth through a combination of organic and inorganic efforts. You will also act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, leveraging your deep market knowledge and application expertise to create a positive impact and accelerate your career trajectory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans for focus applications, identifying where to play and how to win strategies. - Enhance application knowledge through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research; create and share valuable insights within the company. - Co-own customer strategy and opportunity pipeline, collaborating with sales and marketing to drive growth. - Maximize pipeline conversion by participating in pipeline reviews and supporting major project proposals and customer presentations. - Partner with Product Management and Engineering to expand the product portfolio through new product introductions, strategic partnerships, or acquisitions. - Plan and execute innovation workshops and partner with marketing to position our company as a leader in the industry. - Generate and communicate market insights, keeping stakeholders updated on trends and developments. - Lead the execution of growth plans, aligning with regional commercial plans and strategic objectives. Key Objectives / Measurements: - Successful execution of strategic projects, including application roadmaps and portfolio expansion. - Development of joint product & technology roadmaps with leading customers. - Growth and conversion of the commercial pipeline. - Achieve long-term revenue growth exceeding market rates. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy, industry marketing, or product management within relevant industries. - Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or Engineering from a leading institution. - Proven success in key marketing processes, including market segmentation, strategic planning, and new product development. - Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating in cross-functional and global environments. - Excellent project management experience in large, complex organizations. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executives. - Willingness to travel (up to 20%) for industry conferences, customer visits, and locations. - Professional proficiency in English required.,
