About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 5G C-RAN/O-RAN Integration Engineer to join our team in deploying and integrating cutting-edge Cloud RAN solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of 5G C-RAN/O-RAN technology into complex telecom networks, enabling the delivery of high-performance mobile services.

Requirements:

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in integrating and deploying complex telecom solutions, with a strong focus on RAN technologies.
Deep understanding of 5G C-RAN/O-RAN architecture, functionalities, and integration processes.
Hands-on experience with 5G C-RAN/O-RAN products and configuration tools.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including LTE, 5G NR, IP, Ethernet, and related standards.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware) and cloud-native architectures is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end integration of 5G C-RAN/O-RAN solutions, including Centralized Units, Distributed Units, Radio Units, and the fronthaul transport network.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their network requirements, design integration strategies, and develop detailed implementation plans.
Configure, integrate, and test 5G C-RAN/O-RAN components, ensuring interoperability with existing network infrastructure and adherence to technical specifications.
Perform system integration testing, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and optimize network performance to meet client SLAs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including configuration guides, test procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest 5G C-RAN/O-RAN product releases, software updates, and integration best practices.
Provide technical support to clients during the integration and post-deployment phases.
Contribute to the development of automation tools and processes to streamline integration activities.
