The NOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the organization's network and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. The role involves proactive monitoring, incident management, and coordination with other IT teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in network operations, system administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software]
Basic understanding of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar are advantageous.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Work Environment:
