Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Operations Executive at Rehlat in Hyderabad. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing hotel operations, ensuring smooth communication, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, convert sales from potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel reservations with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Positive Reviews: Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage and secure favorable reviews. Address
feedback and concerns proactively to enhance customer satisfaction.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage bookings, and maintain detailed
records. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the customer journey.
Email Communication: Draft and manage professional email correspondence related to reservations, promotions,
and customer inquiries. Experience with email processes is a plus.
Conversion: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, working to convert leads
into confirmed bookings. Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and meet targets. Working on Post
Sales Revenue Targets.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience: Fresher or Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Experience in
the hospitality industry is a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Excel is required.
Experience with email communication processes is advantageous.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach, Analytical and
multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
