With a strong foundation, we are now looking at strengthening our Luxury Sales Management team with a thorough bred professional possessing passion & flair for all things lifestyle & luxury.
As a Asst Sales Manager of The Eterne Clinic, you will be expected to nurture relations with our clients, advocate purchase of the right treatment/ service packages, support the Clinic Managment meet its business goals and support in supervising the day-to-day activities of our clinic facility by guiding on both clinical and administrative tasks. Your main duties include sales closing, cross selling, up selling, lead nurturing & management, relationship management, develop and manage pricing plans for clients, make & receive calls from potential clients.
Job description:
Listening to the client's needs and understanding their individual personality.
Providing tailored advice on individuals style, body type, and price range
Selling, up-selling, cross-selling aesthetic dermatology (beauty, hair, skin, wellness treatment services & products) as prescribed by the doctor
Remaining up-to-date with current beauty/ aesthetic/ dermatological trends and principles.
Demonstrate proper use of various beauty, hair, and skin aesthetic dermatology products
Find prospective customers and new target segments
Generating and pursuing leads to grow our client base.
Following up with clients via phone or email and answering requests and questions.
Advise clients on proper face, body, skin, hair care and post-procedure care
Supervise Visual Merchandise
Analyze market trends
Monitor competition and follow current developments
Motivate floor, support staff and clinic team to achieve great results
Requirement:
Proven work experience as a lifestyle/ fashion/ beauty sales consultant
Familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to gather and interpret data
Organizational and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and having an eye for detail
Ability to work in a team
Excellent analytical skills
Exp: 2+ years
