- We are seeking a Dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, focused on driving sales for our academic solutions. As an SDR, your role will be to identify and engage with potential schools, understand their needs, and connect them with our tailored solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth by fostering new relationships and advancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Initiate contact with potential school clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Present our academic solutions to prospective schools, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Assess the specific needs of each school and recommend the most suitable products or services.
Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
Actively seek out new business opportunities within the education sector.
Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and our Sales Executives.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role within the education or EdTech sector.
Expertise in various sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Passion for education and a keen interest in helping schools improve through innovative solutions.
