Job Description:

Spruce IT PVT. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Automation Tester to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP testing projects, particularly in creating, maintaining, and executing automation scripts using the CBTA automation tool.

Key Responsibilities:
 Automation Scripting:
 Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using the CBTA (Component-Based Test Automation) tool.
 Ensure automation scripts are robust, reusable, and optimized for performance.
 SAP Testing:
 Perform thorough testing of SAP applications and modules to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
 Execute end-to-end testing processes, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
 Quality Assurance:
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards are met.
 Identify, document, and track defects to closure, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
 Process Improvement:
 Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
 Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing the overall testing strategy.

Required Qualifications:
 Technical Expertise:
 8+ years" experience in SAP testing projects with a focus on automation.
 Strong proficiency in creating, maintaining, and executing automation scripts using the CBTA tool.
 Solid understanding of SAP modules and end-to-end testing processes.
 Skills and Abilities:
 Experience with defect management and test case management tools.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Soft Skills:
 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
 Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Certifications:
 SAP Certified Associate  SAP Activate Project Manager or similar certification in SAP testing and automation tools.
