Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Officer at BlackBuck in Kota. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, utilizing finance knowledge, engaging in sales activities, and effective communication with clients on a daily basis.

Qualifications
 Strong Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
 Experience in Finance and Sales
 Effective Communication skills
 Excellent problem-solving abilities
 Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
 Previous experience in a similar role is preferred,
