Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Web Developer at INFRAMANTRA in Gurugram. The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, web design, and overall web development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
 Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
 Develop new user-facing features using React.js
 Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
 Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
 Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
 Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups into code
 Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, database management, and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, etc.
 Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
 Version Control: Collaborate with the team using Git for version control, ensuring smooth integration of new features and fixes.
 Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of the application.
 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.
 Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with the team.
 Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and tools used in the development process.

Required Qualifications:
 Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ yrs experience in React.js.
 Front-End: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries, especially React.js.
 Back-End: Experience with server-side programming, ideally with Node.js
 Database: Strong understanding of databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB).
 API Development: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
 Version Control: Proficient in using Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control.
 Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar.
 Proven experience as a React.js Developer or similar role
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
 Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
 Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)
 Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
 Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
 Familiarity with RESTful APIs
 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
 Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
 Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
 A knack for benchmarking and optimization
 Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
 Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
 Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
 Knowledge of other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
