Our client is a business consulting firm which specializes in business development, marketing strategy, and operational optimization for coaches, speakers and designers globally. The Founders bring over two decades of experience in online marketing and management. Their core focus is to help their clients to amplify their message and create real impact.

To help create that level of high-quality impact, we require a hands-on, experienced Video Editor who would be responsible for video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics to create engaging visual content for diverse projects.

Please note this is a full-time and on-site role. We can consider remote-working if the time zone is lined up with Indian working hours as you would need to liaise with the on-site team daily.

Detailed Responsibilities:
 to edit video content (both long-form and short-form), creating compelling narratives, smooth transitions, proper pacing and alignment with clients clear objectives
 collaborate with Producers, Business Manager, and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative visions for each project
 execute post-production deliverables, including photo and video editing, color grading & corrections, special effect music selection, media conversion and duplication
 conceptualize, ideate, create and execute content creation for both online and offline channels
 digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
 support the overall team with monthly and quarterly goals to improve teams output frequency and quality
 mentor and guide direct reports to execute projects effectively, ensuring they are up-to-date with industry practices and workflows
 manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from start to finish, ensuring all projects are delivered on time

Qualifications
 Color grading software (DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro)
 Video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Illustrator and After Effects)
 Editing and Animation AI tools
 Experience in creating visually compelling thumbnails with knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
 Experience with 3-D modeling and rendering animation
 Audit editing and sound design to output high-quality audio production
 Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
 Demonstrated experience managing a small team
