JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer to take charge of developing high-quality motion graphics and video content for our marketing and promotional efforts. The candidate will have extensive experience in [2D and 3D motion graphics], [Promotional video editing], [Logo animation], [Animation Techniques] [Storytelling Skills] [Dynamic motion graphic videos] & [audio matching, including voice-over audio matching with videos].

You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually compelling content that effectively communicates our client's brand message.

 Design Fundamentals - [Colours & Feelings, Typography, Layout Composition, Balance & Harmony, Cool Motion Graphics]
 Animation Principles - [Timing & Spacing, Easy In & Out, Anticipation & Exaggeration ]
 Software Proficiency - [Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop]
 3D Modelling and Animation - [Motion Magic in 3D, Tools like Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender]
 Storyboarding and Visualization - [Animation Blueprint, Visualizing the Magic]
 Motion Graphics Techniques - [Kinetic Typography: Words in Motion, Character Animation: Bringing Characters to Life, Data Visualization: Making Numbers Exciting]
 Video Editing - [Hands-on Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Editing raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and animation quality]
 Sound Design and Integration - [Synchronizing Audio Design, Integrating Voice-Over Audio's with Motion Graphic Videos]
 Time Management and Project Workflow - [Meeting Deadlines, Effective Work Flow]
 Client Communication - [Balancing Quality standards and Client Expectations]

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Lead and Manage Motion Graphic designers team and Client Projects
 Oversee the creation of marketing videos, promotional videos, motion graphic videos, logo animations, and other multimedia content for our clients.
 Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms.
 Develop visually compelling animations that enhance the storytelling and marketing objectives.
 Match audio with visuals, ensuring synchronization and enhancing the overall impact of the videos.
 Quality Control: Review and provide feedback on the work of team members to maintain high standards of quality.
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure deadlines are met within the client's specified timeframe while maintaining high-quality video standards.
 Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver the motion graphic representation as per the requirement.
