Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Trainees to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and gain a deep understanding of our AI solutions for the supply chain and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels, including research, networking, and outreach.
Sales Presentations: Support the sales team in preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide information about CargoFL's AI solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the supply chain and logistics sector.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
Sales Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales activities, and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of CRM software is advantageous
