 Managing Team of 5 Trainers
 5+ years Experience in Training with management experience
 Package - 14 Lakhs PA

Experience
 5+ years of experience in a sales training role 
 1+ years experience in leadership
 Experience designing training programs 
 Experience engaging with a training cohort remotely 
 Experience with software vendor, IT Services, SaaS space or system integrator space

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor training coordinators and specialists; support their professional development.
Training Coordination: Manage internal trainers and the Bird enablement team; plan and execute workshops and events.
Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
Program Development: Create and align training programs and materials with organizational goals.
Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through surveys and feedback; refine programs based on data.
Collaboration: Partner with departments like Sales, Marketing, and QA to align training with company objectives.
Compliance: Ensure training programs meet industry regulations and company policies.
Innovation: Stay updated on training trends; incorporate new methods and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: BA Degree or equivalent experience.
Sales Expertise: Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger).
Communication: Strong presenting skills and ability to motivate sales professionals.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
Collaboration: Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, CRMs; innovative with technology.
Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
