Job Description: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. This role involves generating leads, managing the sales process, and contributing to strategic planning efforts to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Business Development and Lead Generation, Market Research, up-selling, and cold calling to explore new business opportunities and interact with Clients.
 Good Understanding of business requirements and documentation.
 Ability to understand the requirements of clients in the right way.
 Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
 Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, Pipelines, and forecasts to the management team.

Requirement :
 Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 0 to 6 Months of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
 Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
