Responsibilities

Chat Customer Service Representative - Temporary work on-site

You'll work at the office for the first 6 months and then may have the opportunity to work from home based on your performance.

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative in AHMEDABAD. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Note - Work Location will be Ahmedabad

Salary and Benefits:
 Starting CTC: INR 23,200 per month
 Maximum CTC: INR 32,000 per month
 Housing benefit: INR 6,000 per month while working on-site. This benefit will not be provided once the candidate transitions to remote work.
 All above night shift Allowance will be extra
