About the Role:

Group Head would play a critical role with respect to managing the account management, execution and account growth of our Brand clients. Being a part of Qoruz Brand services team, the Group Head manages the end-to-end relationships of the Brand accounts handed over to them, and manages a team of senior and junior executives who are responsible for campaign management and implementation.

Ideally someone who loves working on great Brand campaigns and has an eye for perfection, while working with Influencers and creators.

Primary Responsibilities:
 Client Interactions, ability to understand the Client Requirements and Build Relationships with the Client
 Manage a Team to ensure the timely delivery of Client Requirements
 Interact with Inuencers / Celebrity / Their Managers for campaigns.
 Work along with Celebrities / Celeb managers and ensure timely delivery of Content for campaigns.
 Create Strategies for the Inuencer Activities along with the central Creative solutions team
 Build an client account assigned, to the maximum potential leveraging multiple offerings and solutions of the Qoruz platform.

Secondary Responsibilities:
 Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
 Create Case-Studies of the campaigns along with their reporting team
 Generate reports post execution of the campaign for the review of the clients.

Requirements and Qualification:
 4+ years experience in Inuencer Space or Public Relations Agency in client servicing roles.
 Possess a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for the continuation of best practices.
 Must have experience and knowledge about Inuencer marketing and managing inuencers.
 Should have experience in Planning and Strategizing Campaigns.
 And must have good communications skills and people skills.
 Should have experience in Handling a Team of minimum 4-5 people,
