    Job Title: Key Accounts Manager - BTL Activities and Admissions Location: Bengaluru Job Summary: The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to drive admissions and bring walk-ins to the school. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain relationships with key accounts, manage and implement BTL strategies, and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective outreach and engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1.BTL Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to increase school visibility and drive walk-ins. Plan and execute events, seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities to attract potential students and their families. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to organize and manage BTL campaigns and activities. 2.Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including educational consultants, local businesses, and community organizations. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with the school's goals. Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure continued support and engagement. 3.Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation activities through targeted BTL campaigns and events. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into walk-ins and admissions. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless process for walk-in visitors and follow up on inquiries. 4.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for BTL initiatives. Analyze the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and activities, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 5.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of BTL activities, key account interactions, and lead conversions. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and account management for review by senior management. 6.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of BTL activities with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with the admissions team to understand needs and provide support for admissions-related activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, key account management, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful BTL campaigns and driving admissions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and results-oriented. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
