    Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM ) & Sales Executive Location: Mumbai or Pune Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee our sales operations in the West region, specifically Mumbai or Pune. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales executives, achieving sales targets, creating new distributor partnerships, and developing sales strategies within the designated area. This role involves working closely with distributors and our internal team to drive business growth and optimize sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Regional Management: Oversee and manage sales operations across the West region, ensuring that sales objectives and targets are met. Team Management: Supervise and support Sales Executives within the region, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their sales goals. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets, driving revenue growth and market penetration. Distributor Development: Identify, establish, and cultivate new distributor relationships in the region to expand market reach and improve distribution channels. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the West region, aligning with overall company objectives and market conditions. Collaboration: Work closely with distributors and the internal team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of sales initiatives. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and tactics as needed. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and distributor activities to senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in B2B sales and distributor management. Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
