- Key Responsibilities
Lead Project Planning and Execution: You will plan for and coordinate the activities needed to execute new processes and standards. This will include communication, ongoing support and measurement of complex and strategic processes/focus areas.
Lead Roll-out, Training and Support: You will lead and manage planning and development of the training, roll-out plan, and communications to ensure success of the processes/focus areas. This includes communication, change management, support, and measurement of the change to contribute to transformational success.
Lead Requirements Definition and Documentation: Plan and lead requirements and standards definition for new processes. You will document and define requirements gathering approach, as well as translate stakeholder requirements into various deliverables, including clear documentation for leaders to reference and utilize.
Change management and enablement: Serve as a change manager when needed to help set teams up for success related to ways of working changes. Drive adoption across all levels of the organization.
Analysis and Insights: Responsible for leading strategy and complex analysis and understanding of current state and desired to-be state of a focus area/workstream. You will provide insights and recommendations on the problem to be solved and the impact and value of potential solutions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
2+ years of professional technical experience with in one or more of the following areas with demonstrated progression of responsibilities:
Technology roles (e.g., technology program management, technology product management, engineering)
Business analyst or business system analyst
Organizational design or change management
1+ years technical project management, process design and implementation, coaching, or related experience, including agile methodologies
Technology process design and development
Agile technology delivery, Business analysis and Change management
Proven experience working to define, collaborate and deliver outcomes
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members and influence without authority.
Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
Strong business and technology acumen
Organizational agility
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment,
