Corporate Sales Specialist in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
 Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
 Drive new business development through prospecting and relationship-building
 Execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific target markets
 Communicate the company's value proposition through presentations and product demonstrations
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
 Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
 Play a leading role in building marketing campaigns and promotions, including cross-promotions and partnerships with other companies
 Conduct research on a wide variety of companies and contacts across the sector
 Prepare documents and proposals to send to potential homeowners and arrange meetings
 Handle initial calls from inbound inquiries, confidently explaining services and capturing necessary information
 Gather up-to-date information on the sector and competitors
 Observe and carry out sales processes
 Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions
 Contribute effectively and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
 Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Work well under pressure and adapt to change
 Assist in updating the company website and social media channels

Requirements
 General computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 Attention to detail and accuracy in performance
 Ability to support a team while also working independently
 Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentational skills
 Basic knowledge of sales optimization tools (a plus)
 Ability to prioritize and manage numerous activities
 Adherence to dress code; appearance must be neat and clean
 Experience with social media
 Ability to work well under pressure
