Role Description & Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Advertising Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across Facebook and Google platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and A/B testing.
Data Analysis: Analyze advertising performance metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and continually improve campaign effectiveness. Report regularly on campaign performance to the leadership team.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI goals are met.
Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords, audiences, and market trends to inform campaign targeting and optimization.
Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitor advertising strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work closely with the website team to optimize landing pages and user experiences to maximize conversion rates from ad traffic.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on Facebook and Google platforms.
The Performance Marketing specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives, analyze and report on campaign performance, and optimize campaigns to drive growth. The individual will utilize their expertise in online advertising platforms, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to create and execute effective PPC and social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Ads.
Have managed over Rs.5 million monthly Advertising budget with 4-5 ROAS on Facebook & Google Ads
Demonstrated proficiency with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads & Facebook Ads
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and knowledge of data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization to drive growth and ROI
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of effective ad copy and design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Experience working in consumer tech or e-commerce is a plus, but not required
