Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
 Design Creation:
 Develop and design graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
 Create visual concepts that effectively communicate the companys message and brand values.
 Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) to produce high-quality visual assets.
 Brand Development:
 Ensure all design work adheres to the companys branding guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
 Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity materials, such as logos, style guides, and visual assets.
 Collaboration:
 Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
 Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative direction and strategy.
 Project Management:
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
 Maintain organized records of design files and project documentation.
 Feedback and Revisions:
 Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
 Present design concepts and rationale to clients or team members and adjust based on feedback.
 Trend Awareness:
 Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
 Apply new techniques and trends to enhance design work and maintain a fresh, modern look.
 Quality Control:
 Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
 Proofread and review designs to avoid errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
 Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
 Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
