The desired candidate should have a pleasing persona on the call and should be able to find their way to the desired person through calls / social media. They should possess following technical and soft skills:
Is able to make cold calls and strike a conversation.
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the software development industry.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective speaking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to persuade and influence others to take action and close sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Ability to mine industry specific, location specific database from various platforms (social and otherwise) and validate them.
Ability to create and suggest changes in the marketing collaterals.
Ability to understand company products and engage with the suspects/prospects.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools.
Familiarity with the market and business culture.
Bachelors degree.,
