Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Recruitment Manager located in Mumbai at JobsGlobal.com Group. The Regional Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing recruitment teams, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates on a regional level. The role will involve day-to-day recruitment activities, coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications
 Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruiting Agency
 Experience in Managing teams and Performance management
 Preferred a GCC experience
 Recruitment Strategy Development and Implementation
 Team Management and Leadership
 Client and Candidate Relationship Management
 Recruitment Process Coordination and Reporting
 Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
 Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities
 Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
