Profile: Customer Support
Location: Pune
Salary: 3.5 to 4.5 Lpa +incentives+ bonus
5 days working
Experience: 6mths- 3yrs
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling basic customer queries related to telecom bills , inbound process
2. Should have the basic computer knowledge to manage daily tasks.
3. A minimum of 1 year in customer service in an international BPO for 6 months.
4. The candidate should be willing to work in US time shifts.
