Position Overview:-
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a passion for IT and Data Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the technology/IT sector, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:*
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- *Lead Generation:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- *Client Engagement:* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other decision-makers.
- *Solution Selling:* Understand client needs and tailor data center solutions to meet those needs, including cloud services, colocation, managed services, and IT infrastructure.
- *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- *Negotiation:* Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the market.
- *Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, Funnel/pipeline status, and client interactions.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:*
- *Experience:* Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the IT sector, with a focus on data centers, cloud services, or managed services.
- *Education:* Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- *Technical Knowledge:* Understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud computing, colocation services, and IT networking solutions.
- *Sales Acumen:* Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
- *Relationship Building:* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- *Self-Motivated:* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- *Travel:* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend IT events.
